Art infected the Cape Town city centre and the Children’s Radio Foundation was there to capture all the excitement, performances and creativity. Hundreds of high school pupils were led through a day of dynamic art as they experienced the Infecting the City public arts festival.

Pushing the boundaries of time is one thing but pushing the boundaries of stamina is quite another. In this week’s episode we hear from young people from Manenberg, Cape Town. The group took part in a Children’s Radio Foundation workshop with at the Druivevlei Community Centre, located in the heart of their community. The centre hopes to make a difference in the lives of young people. It’s a safe spacewhere they can hang out, play and be themselves.
