Youth Underemployment

With 42 percent of people age 18-25 out of a job, there’s lots of talk about unemployment. But what about young people who are underemployed – working in jobs that don’t match their skills or don’t pay an adequate salary to make a living?  We speak to Ndiphe, a young man who works as a parking marshall six days a week.
