Theo Ndindwa
As a young boy, when Theo Ndindwa and his friends agreed to be some of the extras in a production the ballet he had no idea where it would lead. Years would he’s a dancer and director and runs his own dance company, iKapa Dance Theatre.

Kwezi Qika
We head down to Muizenberg beach front to meet surfing champion 20-year old Kwezi Qika. He first tried riding the waves when he was 11, but at the time, he didn’t even know how to swim!
