The Learning Room is an online platform that places the work of Children’s Radio Foundation in dialogue with youth, educators, other organizations and experts in order to interact, exchange methods, and participate in building a global network.   • Sexual and Reproductive Health Toolkit 2017

    This is CRF’s first comprehensive Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Toolkit! It gives step by step guidance to creating impactful, advocacy-driven youth-led radio shows and community outreach events. It gives you the theoretical insight and the practical know-how of how to go about sharing life-saving and empowering information with other young people and the broader community.

    This toolkit was created with the support of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation, who have a vested interest in health equity, and quality health outcomes for young people.

  • Young HIV Advocates Cookbook

    The International AIDS Society (IAS) has partnered with youth advocates to assemble a “cookbook” outlining the essential ingredients and recipes that young people can use to build a stronger HIV response in their own communities. The aim is to show the many different ways and opportunities that young people can join the HIV response on different levels, on social media, in their local communities, at work and in global advocacy forums.

    Three CRF Young Reporters that attended the 2016 International AIDS Conference in Durban South Africa, are featured in this book.

  • How to get the most out of your LGBTI Peer Education Programme - a Critical Reflection Manual for East and Southern Africa

    This guide describes the steps necessary for planning and monitoring a peer education programme, as well as identifying and training LGBTI peer educators. Additionally, it contains examples and stories of LGBTI peer education programmes in Southern and Eastern Africa.
